When can I make a claim?

Claims can be made for eligible purchased between 15th March 2018 and 30th April 2018. All Claims must be received by 11:59PM ADST on 30th May 2018.

How do I claim my money back?

Visit follow the prompts to the claim form, input the requested details, upload a photo or scanned copy of and submit the fully completed claim form.

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

You must provide an itemised purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the participating product purchased, the name and address of where the product was purchased and the date and time the purchase was made.

How will I receive my money back?

Online Claims can nominate to receive the Cash Back to be paid into an Australian bank account or sent in the form of a debit EFTPOS card.

How long will it take to receive my money back?

Once you have submitted your claim please allow up to 28 days for validation and payment to be processed.
